I have noticed that on the new-look HCT recruitment site, in the section marked "professional", there are various positions marked co-ordinator (eg of work readiness, of college events, of finance, etc)
does anyone have any idea of where these positons would fit on the salary scale? Same as teachers? between teachers and supervisors?

| I think that most of them are G6, or "non-teaching faculty" positions. Salary is equivalent to the faculty scale with slightly fewer days' holiday (as a few years ago the no of teaching hours for faculty was increased from 20x45 mins a week to 20x55 mins a week, and faculty were given a few extra days holiday a year in compensation - non-teaching faculty did not receive this). |
