The school is giving us a bridge day: we also get Monday as a day off from work for a 4-day weekend... but we have to work next Saturday to make up for it. |

Here we didn't get a bridge- but it was okay. I'd rather have the long weekend, but having a Tuesday off is fine.
Spent the day reading in a cafe, and listening to Cuban protest music...
slds,

No bridge day for me either, but I enjoyed having Tuesday off anyway. |

Personally I hate bridges. Now I'll only have Sunday off, and then face a full work week with only one day of rest. |

I just don't understand that. At my other uni we would have the day off, but have to make up the classes. What's the point of having the day off? |
