Hi,

Anyone have any experience teaching at this school?
Do you know anyone who has?

I'm interestd in what your experience was like in terms of how the Department treats teachers, the level of admin support, the kind of equipment in classrooms and the overall impression of how the English Language Program is run.

I've gone to the website and see they have quite a few foreign English teachers. However, they also appear to have limitations on contract renwals.

Practically every university in Japan has such limitations. Tenure is tenuous at best even if you are given it. Expect to float from uni to uni every 3-5 years.
