| I know there is at least one school out there advertising that it is ok to work 20 hours a week on an ED visa once you sign up for their Thai culture class. I'd like to make it clear that after consultations with a major TEFL course provider in Thailand, a thorough scouring of the net, consultations with the Thai embassy, it is not possible to work under 20 hours with an ED visa. If looking for that angle, you should be aware that you may be able to live in Thailand without doing a visa run, but you will still be illegal when working. |
