Happy new year one and all!!!

I am going to buy a Scooter to facilitate commuting to work and for generally saving money and increasing my freedom.

Last time I was here I bought a classic Vespa, but it has now been shipped back to the UK.

As much as I'd like to get another 1, realistically getting a regular scooter is going to be more cost effective.

How is your scooter knowledge?

Would you recommend buying new or second hand, and are there any particularly good brands/models?

Cheers

M
