This is an extension of a previous Nursery-KG School. The owner seems committed to a mind-friendly teaching approach. Does anyone know this new school. Was apparently known in some circle as "Rosie's School"

It used to run from a villa - has been known as American Private School as long as I've been here. I noticed a snazzy new building in a new location the other day. No idea if the new building is open yet - I have never met anyone who sent their children to this school.

Thanks for the info. I phoned around and heard very good things about the new school. Apparently the owner employed an educational consultant who has set up a brain-based structure in terms of curriculum, activities, schedule etc. Teachers are experts from all over the world. I've also heard that an amazing American principal has been appointed. She is very determined to make this school amazing. Wonder if they have any teaching jobs left...

What you have heard is all true. The school will provide a unique way of educating children ( at least unique in this part of the world). The owner is a man who listens and is taking advice from an educational consultant. The principal is a wonderful woman who seems to be concerned about the well-being of students and the new teachers. Yes, there are still jobs available so apply soon. They are conducting interviews now. Good luck!
