I'm considering a teacher certification course that's delivered over multiple 6 week sessions in Mallorca. The university offered names of local hotels and pensions, but for 6 weeks, I'm wondering if it's possible to find a furnished flat for that time period. It would be mid-June through July. I've checked some immobilarios online, but I wonder if they fairly represent rent, or the market in general. The school recommends living in these areas: Cala Mayor, Illetas, San Augustin, Porto Pi Mall area, and Palma
Is there anyone who's lived or is living in Mallorca that can comment on this? What could I expect to pay? Would it be easy to find someone willing to rent for 6 weeks? Thanks! |
