Can Taiwan dollars (NT) be exchanged into Vietnam Dong, perhaps at the jewelry stores around Nguyen Hue or Sheraton hotel (HCMC)? Rates ok, not a ripoff?

Anyhow just wondering if it's even remotely possible to exchange in HCMC. Would prefer to do that rather than exchange from Taiwan NT into USD, and then USD into Vietnam Dong. Would like to avoid that hassle and the extra commission.

Here are preferred foreign currency that they are willing to exchange.

But Taiwanese Dollar? I don't know. I wouldn't risk it. If it's not listed, you'll probably end up getting crap exchange rate so you'd be better off exchanging NT into US$ first.
