To be more clear.
if anyone has started there own business in japan. e.g. saw an opportunity to generate there own income. Used there initiative to get it happening and it worked out or it didnt work.
I am interested to hear from anyone who has tried.
And please, i am asking these questions because i am sincerely interested to know. |

Um Peak this is a teaching board.
Most people on the board are active in teaching full time. Having a business and participating on a teaching related board would be kinda redundant. Also my guess is that anyone involved in running their own business would be way to busy doing that rather than having casual conversations with newbies. |

You might get some people telling you about their teaching businesses here. I'd also suggest going to Let's Japan and sniffing around. They used to have a secret forum only for eikaiwa business owners. You literally have to ask to join. http://www.letsjapan.org/forum/ Beware of major flamers there.
Or go to www.gaijinpot.com and check out the SOHO forum.
If you are interested in other forms of business, that SOHO forum will also have people.
Also see what people have to say in this forum www.crisscross.com/forum
What exactly is it you are looking for? |

THANKYOU
I am just looking to hear from people who have started their (thanks) own business. They generate their own income. Language related. I would like to hear from people who have tried it or are doing it. How did you start?
I prefer to hear real experiences and not speculation.
Thanks |
