Hi.
Dave's has a strong focus on the international TEFL scene. I'm wondering if there are any similar discussion forums for ESL in Canada or the USA? No offence to Dave, but this NA forum is rather low volume... |

There is a huge listserve (what people used to do before forums) called TESL-L with a lot of sub lists as well. Go to http://listserv.cuny.edu or send a message that says subscribe TESL-L to [email protected]
It has thousands of members including some of the top names in TESL. It's not so much to talk about jobs, as to talk about teaching and general English as a Second Language issues. There is a job sublist.
There is also a yahoo group called TESLJob that has lots of North American job postings.
