Does this mean that your own country will not tax you on these earnings, either?
Does Saudi have agreements such that nationals will only be taxed in a single country? |

Usanians are liable to pay tax. UKofGB&NIans are not - if they are out for a tax year.
Other nationalities - I do not know.
As far as I know Saudi Arabia has not signed any double taxation agreements. |

Since KSA doesn't charge any taxes, there is no reason for them to sign the agreements. If Americans know how to read the tax code and are able to follow the directions, they will pay no taxes. I filed properly every year as required and never paid a cent.
Other nationalities need to consult their own tax authorities...

Treaties for the Prevention of Double Taxation
"The only double tax treaty signed in Saudi Arabia is with France. Similar treaties have been negotiated with Britain and with Germany. Countries, including Britain, Germany, Japan, and the United States, allow taxpayers to take a credit against their taxable income in such countries for any Saudi Arabian income tax paid."

I know some Americans know how to manipulate, using 'zigzag' tricks, and are able to escape the taxes!!
Other Americans are giving up citizenship for lower taxes!!!
It seems US is the only country that has higher taxes for it citizens working abroad.
I have heard that King Bush signed a new tax law which has increased the tax rates for Americans working abroad with income of more than $82,400 a year.!!! |

007... please stop showing your total and complete ignorance. I know enough about taxation that the Internal Revenue Service once tried to recruit me to work for them, but I turned them down... and you are talking out what you are sitting on... again
The US tax "rates" are completely the same whether overseas or in the US. They are based on how much you earn, not your address!! But once one complies with the requirements, the first $80,000+ is exempt from taxes. (this number has risen regularly through the years... and in effect raising the amount that you are NOT taxed on) Since less than 1% of EFL/ESL teachers make more than this, they pay no taxes. You need break no rules, or play any games... merely read the form and tell the truth.
Please any readers... consult with your tax codes... don't listen to some math teacher in the desert who knows nothing about US taxation or likely any other country.

(and your link is moot because Saudi Arabia doesn't charge any income tax in the first place... ) |
