Good luck with the sale, delacosta - I hope you get a generous price!
I'm heading back to B.C. permanently myself in July. |

If your looking to sell to a foreigner, how about mexicoconnect?
The Oaxacan Times
The People's Guide to Mexico
Inside Mexico (Which currently has a cover story on the Costa Chica!)
Or the Mexico Tribe's on tribe.net--I'm on the Oaxaca one and would be happy to post your ad if you pm (or email) it to me (Along with an explaination on why you are selling!!!!!!)
Take Care, |

Occasionally, I see people posting about Oaxacan real estate on Mexico City Craigslist. There are also several Yahoo groups dedicated to Oaxaca/Mexico. You could search through them and see if any permit commercial postings. I believe Mexico Mike's site also allows real estate ads, but maybe not for free? |

Thanks for all your suggestions guys.
We're getting plenty of interest, a couple flew down from Df this past weekend. Apparently the price we are offering it at is a real bargain. I'm sure the area will experience a boom once we are gone and we could have gotten a million bucks for the million dollar view we have.
Oh well, guess I wasn't meant to get rich this lifetime. |
