Americans are likely to bugger off as quickly as they arrive. Brits will try and re-establish the empire. Aussies are nuts and Canadians are 'ultra-alternative'! One big, happy ex-pat community! Don't you just love them all!

Aussies are nuts? haha, thats not such a bad thing in this world, at least we have fun and can drink most of you under the table.
I'm scottish born and raised in Australia, so I guess that makes me doubly nuts haha
I find Americans hardest to work with, but that is over generalising. There are some who can exist away from the "greatest country in the world" lol

It's said that we should never work with children and animals. However, I'd quite like a job teaching EFL to dogs. Probably more attentive than some students I've had in the past.

As a huge generalisation, I've found Americans get the most upset when the small things go wrong here. Brits too, but they generally start adjusting to the culture and their sense of humour saves them from exploding with frustration.
Australians can appear too laidback and you might think they're not working hard while under the surface they're paddling like crazy.
There is a small percentage of Turkish teachers who have a chip on their shoulder about being a non-native speaker. I can understand why, as they generally get paid less and some people do treat them as if they're second-class teachers. But I've found that this small number assume all native speakers look down on them and nothing can persuade them otherwise.
And Canadians are eccentric and loveable!

There's a difference between eccentric and clinically insane Yaramaz. And please stop texting me all the time or I'll ahve to get the police involved. I'm being serious.
