I am looking for information about Uttaradit. My husband got a job offer at a university there, but I know little about the city and the area. I know this is general, but I only need general info.

I do not care about western ammenities. How big of a city is it? Will I be able to find a job there also? (I prefer to teach children, little children) How popular is this area with tourist? (Is it overrun with tourists) Really any information will be helpful. Even negetive comments are o.k.
