Hey all! Another poster looking for a house sitter gave me a great idea; I'm guessing many of you travel during the summer, leaving behind pets and plants and empty apartments. My boyfriend and I are moving to HK this summer. As we're both transition from teaching (me into writing/editing and my boyfriend into engineering), having a place to stay for a bit while we sort things out will be Incredibly helpful.

You could be doing a good deed (helping us) and helping yourself (free animal care, plant care, and anti-burglar system). We'd also be willing to consider sub-letting (but we've been teaching on the mainland for mainland wages, so be reasonable!). And, of course, if anyone would be willing to let us stay for one or two nights, we'd be happy to buy you a beer and sleep on the floor.

We're available/looking from early July. If you're interested, or know someone who is interested, please post or pm me! Thanks all.
