I hope this question hasn't been asked too many times. I didn't see it, so here goes:
My boyfriend and I are both TESOL certified and hoping to find a position in Mexico. However...I have my university degree and he does not. Will this pose us a great deal of difficulty? Is there anything you would suggest to give us a leg up in our job search. And perhaps the most general question is, what is the best method of finding work in Mexico, or even in South America? Thanks... |

I have always found any job search to be rather like fishing. If they need a teacher and you are there with the proper number of heads, you've got it.
And since if you come in second in a job interview you lose, there is no point in getting discouraged at first. I recommend that the two of you get your line in the water and see if you get any bites.
Also it never hurts to take a trip down there and scout out the country. |
