ok, i studied in taiwan back in 2003-4 and i still have a 60 day visa left over.
however, a friend told me that it's an "education" visa and i'll still need to go do a visa run. its a f1 and "v" type. 60 day stay and multiple entry.
so I'm leaving next tuesday (july 3rd). can someone tell me if i should get this changed to a normal 60 day visitor visa or is my current one ok?
also, as i am no longer in an educational institution, is this visa void and I actually only have 30 days to stay in taiwan?
i thank whoever can give me quick answer. i would like to know if i need to apply for a new visa before i leave (if it is possible before i leave). |

| yes, you'll need a new visa, as the 60 days from your original visa have expired |
