Does anyone have any experience or information dealing with a recruiting company in Shanghai that calls itself 'Top Education'?

The contact person is Judy Wang, emails of the form of topeducation**@163.com.

They are recruiting for, among other things, summer camps, and seem to be offering too much for the positions, with accommodation in 3-star hotels, etc.

This company sounds fishy to me, and everything sounds too good, but it's run by the cousin of a friend and I'd like to get some hard information.

If anyone knows anything, please would you make a post.
