Sorry to post such a boring topic among all the summer fun.

Can anyone tell me which text books are popular in the dershanes here? I know some are written in-house but there must be schools which use text books and if so do they prefer British or American English and which books go down well?

I think most dershanes use:

English File
Framework
New Cutting Edge
New Headway

I have never seen an American English book in use in Turkey.

Thanks, I am familiar with all those except Framework.

I may be organising an English course for a dershane - hence the question.
