Fresh mozzarella, cracked black peppercorn, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil tossed together with fresh tomatoes... Mozzarella is the best.

I miss the well-aged, red cheddar from home. I really aught to pick some up from the import store this weekend. Was looking forward to making some tacos -- and ya gotta have red cheddar. Smile

Cheddar, makes my mouth water just thinking about it. I wish it made my mouth biscuit as well then I'd have something to go with the CHEESE!

Do you ever grate and then melt the cheddar on a piece of crusty french bread in the toaster oven? It truly is divine. And hell, while you're at it, why not have a splash of wine? It is Friday after all. Vive le fromage libre!
