Hello,
I'm not sure about the "Mr." designation, but I've certainly heard of Bibble.
Schools like that typically focus on teaching Math, Science, and Chinese Essay Writing to older kids (13-15 years of age).
I've never known any 'foreigners' to work there. I'd suspect that it might be a new program they are trying to establish. Expect it to be somewhat disorganized.
By that I mean that you might have large classes of 30 teenagers with mixed abilities. There could also be a lack of curriculum.
Just my guess. I'd ask for 750NT an hour (or more) to start! If the classes are really that large, then you would also need a local assistant in the classroom to maintain order. (You may be tough...but you can't handle a bunch of junior high kids on your own!)
