Government policies do not allow teachers to work at other establishments while still under ARC from another school. ( Is this true if you have a work permit for another school yet a contract that is still effective because of paid holidays- ) |

Perhaps you could clarify your situation as it is a bit confusing.
As Big Wally wrote you can have more than one employer on your ARC but each has to meet certain criteria as far as minimum hours and each employer needs to offer a seperate work permit.
So the idea is that you have one ARC that names your employers and seperate employers under this ARC that have each legally employed you. If the employer is not named on your ARC then you are not working for them legally regardless of whether they have obtained a work permit for you to work for them. |
