Ok, this is one for the experts.
I recieved an application today with this line in the cover letter.
Quote:
Upon graduating, i will be given a TEFLQ status (higest qualification in TEFL).

The uncaptialized i is the original.
I've never heard of TEFLQ status. Have you?

Hope it's a nice, roomy, cave, as it's going to get crowded.

Best,
Justin

Just found this, though:

Seems to cover a lot of ground. Is this person doing a course? If so, which one, for heaven's sake?

Best,
Justin

I've heard of it, but I wouldn't say its the higest (sic) qualification in TEFL, and I think that classification is only used in British Council circles.

I wouldn't beat yourself up about it Melee. Smile

Tefl Q is DELTA or similar as opposed to TEFL-I which is CELTA. Only ever heard of the British Council using it though.
