Ok, this is one for the experts.
I recieved an application today with this line in the cover letter.

Seems to cover a lot of ground. Is this person doing a course? If so, which one, for heaven's sake?

I've heard of it, but I wouldn't say its the higest (sic) qualification in TEFL, and I think that classification is only used in British Council circles.

Tefl Q is DELTA or similar as opposed to TEFL-I which is CELTA. Only ever heard of the British Council using it though.
