Okay, something Japanese that's light and fun.

If you speak even basic Japanese, check this out! What happens when an English dominated computer world collides with non - English Asia.

Your Japanese friends will get a kick out of it too, I'm sure!

The voice synth is pretty awful. Sounds like a speaker of English with no knowledge of Japanese phonemes trying to read romaji.

Um . . . that was the whole point. Embarassed

It sounds like an old voice program I used to own. Apparently someone in Japan got a hold of it, and used it to create this.

I downloaded Microsoft Reader and had it read a book to me. I use a Japanese OS and the default voice synth was a Japanese voice (unbeknown to me). I was blown away by this Japanese "guy" reading this English book and spelling out words that weren't in his vocabulary Very Happy

Thing is, he sounded exactly like some of my students Shocked Shocked
