Why can you not receive an sms from overseas into China. This is using an Australian phone and Chinese simcard.
I can make and receive phone calls within China.
I can send anr receive SMS within China.
I can make and receive phone calls overseas.
I can send email overseas but not receive in return.
I have tried the following countries ; Italy, Indonesia, thailand , England and Australia. |

....It might be as simple to answer if you say who your Mobile provider is.
China Telecom is HORRIBLE!
Go with China Mobile. I message a Chinese girl in Australia about once a month and visa versa.
China Telecom had some major issues in regards to SMSing last year, as in NOT being able to simply integrate THEIR system with China Mobile.
This may have been fixed, but not before they lost me as a customer, because all my Chinese friends/foreign friends who knew better said "go China Mobil"
