I'm especially interested in the opps. for culture workers (arts,writing,etc.), but also how friendly the people are, locals and expats, the real estate prices, teaching opps. and conditions, etc.
I liked the Czech Rep., the only place i know in europe, although found it oversaturated with expats (especially partying trust fund babies)

Why didn't you ask a more specific question like 'what is the meaning of life'?

Do you expect people to write long, discursive essays on all your questions? Do a bit of your own research and then come back with more focussed questions and I'm sure you'll get a better response.
