| I know that ALL of Southern China and ALL of Taiwan are not terribly polluted but from what I've gathered here much of each is. Guess I can't have it all but what's the better choice here? I'd like to think that I can do better than what's here in NY and LA. |

I posted a satellite photo from 2003 that shows the level of NO2 with a map of the world superimposed. Maybe that could help you, but I daresay the air is more polluted 4 years later.
Maybe you could find it by search. Otherwise, I'll repost it. |
