Does the grade you achieve in the CELTA matter to employers in SA?
Will an A grade have an impact?
I've also taught arab and kurdish students for my local government authority.  |

I think they are not in the least interested. They usually want to know that you still have a pulse. |

The Cambridge stuff is neither here nor there. CELTA A, B or Pass mean nothing. A DELTA counts for little either. An MA in Applied Linguistics or TESOL are of far more relevance in this context. |

And still they only care that you have the MA. They will never look at grades if your program gives them.
