I am about to depart Hong Kong and my apartment will be available for lease. The landlord is great and he has several apartments in our building. They are priced between $11K and $13.5K. They are also relatively new and modern. He will negotiate on price. They are fully furnished with lounge, beds, wardrobes, microwaves, washing machine, air conditioners, dining setting and tv. These apartments are located at the KCR station in Hung Hom. There is a shopping centre downstairs with a few eating places, a pharmacy, laundry, 7-11 and small supermarket. Easy access to all buses (both directions) from cross-harbour tunnel and a short trip to MTR. It costs about $80 in a cab home from the island on weekends. If you get a post for any of the following areas and you want to be within 20 minutes of your school these places may suit you.
Hung Hom, Whampoa, TST, Mongkok, Ho Man Tin, To Kwa Wan, Wong Tai Sin, Kowloon City, Tai Kok Tsui, Yau Ma Tei, Jordan, Kowloon Tong, San Po Kong. If you are interested I can give you details. They are 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom in size. Mine is a two bedroom with a generous double room and single room with walking space. |
