Of course not! Then why does this advertisement say it is?

Shijiazhuang is about 3 - 4 hours south of Beijing. That is where the Hebei Normal University is situated. There is another administration centre which is based in Beijing at the address you have mentioned.
This is just another typical ad for schools/Unis here in China to try and coax (advertise) foreign teachers to join their school. If you can't read between the lines, kimo, then you will be another deceivable FT to enter China's educational recruiting routine.
Actually, it looks a reasonable Uni on the internet. Maybe someone who has been there might tell you something. Shiz is no great city. It is, well....... just another city. Okay. Polluted (like every other), but it isn't the worst place around.
Contact the bloke who advertised and squeeze it all out of him.. Good luck. |

Sorry, Kimo, I may be wrong here. I think ISAB are recruiters based in Beijing who are handling the recruitment for HNU as advertised.
I've never heard of this company before but I think they might have Canadian connections.
Still false advertising though. Go with other previous employees say. Try and contact them.
Cheers.
