Just a message to warn people off IH Bielsko-Biala.

The town is a really nice little place and they pay is more than enough, but
all the teachers have left two years in a row. This is because teacher support is minimal; the DOS and ADOS are incompetent (the old DOS has now left but the ADOS has stepped up to become DOS, despite not having DELTA); thanking people for their work is an unknown concept; 'input' sessions were patronising and providing little to no new ideas or information (unless run by the members of staff who have now left) and there are loads of 'extras' that are either not mentioned in the contract or worded in pretty deceptive ways.

I wouldn't expect things to change with the new DOS, because he really has no idea how to do anything other than exam classes. The accomodation situation is also quite dodgy, as it is all owned by the school owner's brother, who doesn't mind ripping you off in any way that he can.

Most staff last year resented being treated like children and being kept in the dark about a lot of important school issues that we should have been informed about.

There's a lot more that I could say, but I think the message is pretty clear from what I have said already.
