Would anyone be willing to post a lesson plan that accommodates to students of multiple intelligences?

I'm thinking that this might serve as a nice study for some newbies, perhaps a sticky.

and as always, I'm curious to know what you all are up to.

Unless you are schizophrenic, the concept of 'MI' is something that describes people in general, with learning acquired with varying degrees of difficulty in various ways. It's a valid concept, as far as it goes.

A good lesson will often cross several different modes of delivery of a concept, from oral to reading to visual illustration, etc.

My beef - Some people expand the concept to the point of intellectual BS (usually to justify their Ass. Prof. paycheck). Some people spend most of their lives in Schools of Education and never get out to the classroom battlefields, yet spin their theories because they are paid to do so. This floods the academic airwaves with junk that obscures the really amazing things that really do develop our concepts of, say, language and learning.

I believe that most experienced/trained teachers would be conscious of this and address it without pointing it out for all to see in their lesson plans. Perhaps I could see including one in a sample lesson in your teaching portfolio.

My psychology professor at teachers' college always spewed on about universal design. I thought it was b.s. at the time, but now I recognize that I do use it in my lessons.

If anyone does post a lesson, please include the amount of time it took to create it and your teaching load.
