I am thinking of joining World Nomads for a year to cover my insurance whilst in China.
What do you think?

| not bad. they allow you to buy travel insurance after you leave your home country. many others will only sell it to you before you leave. they have decent reviews from what i've seen. |

World nomads is a good one, but when I do shorter stays I use TravelEx. Some people would argue to not have travel insurance cause they think its a waste, but in the last three years, I refuse to travel without it. There are too many delays and problems with the airlines.. Also travelEx has offices in China and Hong Kong and are very quick with reimbursing claims..
