|
|
Hey
Does anyone know if anywhere in Prague or Brno does classes such as Body Combat/Pump/Spinning etc either in English (preferably) or in Czech?
Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated - will be in Prague in October for a month and thereafter teaching in Brno and I really need to keep my fitness levels up. Not a big fan of the gym, prefer classes, but I realise I may have to get used to the gym.
Thanks!! |

Multitudes of fitness opps exist in the Czech Rep. It'll be good for your Czech, though, in addition to your fitness levels, because outside of Prague you're not that likely to find them in English (I think).
If you're going to be in Prague on a training course, you likely won't have time to do much other than the course. They're intensive. |

Thanks for the reply - yes am doing my TESOL in Prague, really not good that won't have enough time to exercise!
I did an internet search and found a gym in Brno that does aerobics/body balance/step classes, but its in Czech so I don't understand very much. I think I'll just have to investigate when I get there! |

Don't worry - it's just a month and you won't have a lot of time to eat, either!
Ok, mildly joking, but I lost more than 10 pounds in the month of my course, despite having no time to run (my exercise of choice) or anything else. Including to eat! |
