Folks:
I have a job lead from Sekolah Victory Plus, Kemang Pratama Bekasi, for a possible opening soon.
Has anyone worked there or know about the school? The e-mail mentions that it is a National Plus type school with quite a few foreign students from countries like Malaysia, India, Korea, Japan, etc..
The job description mentions 24-32 periods (45" mins) per week, for grades 2-3, and one Saturday per month (am). Pay is not mentioned, but would I be correct in assuming that these types of places pay between $1500-$2000 per month with accommodation thrown in?
Thank you, and if anyone can provide me with job leads, please pm me. I am looking for a position which offers around $2000 per month, accommodation, 20 hours teaching, and around 10-11 weeks leave per year.
In return, I will be happy to provide you with all the information for working at a Korean Government Institution with decent pay ($2800 u.s. per month), vacations (7-8 weeks per year), and short working hours (teaching 3-4 hours per day only, but 'presence' on campus from 9am to 5pm, with your own office, t.v. and computers, where the time you spend there is up to you. If you have B.A. + Certified Teacher status, and/or M.A. or M.Ed. you are good to go. Free apartment on campus with all the gizmos and internet high speed. I have recruited several people for the job here, and my word is valued by HR. I don't do this for money.
