I'm heading to Jakarta for a contract November 6th.
I've got a stop in Korea along the way (taught there last year)...
Should I get a video camera before I leave Vancouver, in Korea or in Indonesia?
I've been searching a long time for a price listing per country...
I'm looking for a new High Def' prosumer thing...HDV or whatever... |

Hi,
I am indonesian living in Korea, My suggestion is, It is better you get video camera from Vancouver or buy it in Indonesia ( to avoid duty tax in the airport ). Do not buy it in Korea, because most of electronic in Korea has Korean language . If you intend to stay long in Indonesia, it is better to buy it in Indonesia , so if any problem you can have it service in Indonesia under guarantee ( Usually it has 1-2 Years warranty ).
