|

Hello:
I've been informed by email that I've passed the initial stage (and I know better than to be overjoyed) for two positions at HCT.
Would anybody know how many steps there are and how long it takes for successful applicants to get an offer?
Thank you for you time.
PS: I've read in the threads a lot of people talking about interviews for work at HCT - can I assume these are telephone interviews or do they send recruiters abroad to interview? |

Unfortunately it can vary considerably, from a couple of weeks to a couple of years. If you're being considered for an August start (yup, colleges are still recruiting!), then it's likely to be quicker rather than slower.
Interviews are usually by videoconference, unless you are interviewed at an international conference. |

Hi NEW GUY,
I applied, was asked to do a video conference about 5 days later, and was offered a position a few days after that (despite having a pretty awful interview I must say). It all happened quite quickly as I they wanted an August start.
Good luck with everything. I don't know whether I'll be joining you (hm... still trying to decided whether it's worth it) but you can message me if you want to know anything more about the process - sometimes it takes quite a while going through all the threads to find something. |
