Can anyone confirm if this is true?
I have heard that NOVA had a "blacklist" for students who refused to renew their contracts. I was told that if they were completely against the idea of forking out yet more cash then whenever they tried to book in for a lesson they were shunted to the back of the queue and not given lessons during peak times. This resulted in a lot of them still having tickets left over when their contracts expired.
NOVA are currently being sued by a lot of people. |
