| I'm looking for a place that would offer some stability and job security. (Given the job that we do, I'm speaking relatively, of course). Are there any universities in UAE in particular that you think would be better, as places that I would be able to (and would want to) stay for the long term? |

Assuming that you have an MA and relevant experience, there is UAEU, HCT, ZU, and AUS as the first tier.
How long you stay depends on how long you can play the game.
