I've been in Taipei for a week, staying with a friend's parents until I find a place. I can't find much. I've looked on craigslist and there's not a lot, and the ads I do find are for around 800NT per night.
Does anyone have any advice? I just don't want to sign a 6 month contract before I know where I'm going to be working. |

A youth hostel, one I know, has NT350 bunk beds per night. Of course it's in a dorm, but you have air con, a fridge, tv lounge and an upstairs balcony. Here's the number/address.

But if you want an extra room at an apartment, I know one for NT4000, air con, kitchen, living room, and 3 dogs. |
