| i know it is not required, but they do ask for it it to be submitted, if applicable. so in this case, is my online i-to-i certificate applicable? |

| Sure, anything that relates to language could theoretically be applicable. If you've got a TEFL certification, whether it's distance learning or not, include it on your application. To be honest, I know nothing of "SQMS" and "ODLQC" as accreditting institutions, but at the very least it demonstrates that you are willing to take your job seriously. The vast majority of JETs have absolutely no TEFL certification of any kind, so you're already ahead of the game. |

There is a section on the application for TESOL/TEFL/TESL training. I think it says you can only include 100hour plus training.
If this is the case, then no, JET does not accept it. But as has been mentioned, it isn't a requirement- it's just added points on the application. |

It has to come from a recognized (and if applicable) accredited institution before it will count for points towards an interview. |
