Hello All,

I'm holding a selection of interviews for non natives to become English conversation teaching aids. I'm busy planning my group activities/tests (hate the 't' word) to try and find the best candidates.

Has anyone ever conducted a similar task? How did you do it, what worked, what didn't work?

I'd love to hear any ideas from people, or even experiences of being in a group interview for a teaching position.
