Hey everybody,

A friend of mine is going abroad on 20-12-2007 and his flat will be available after that date.

It's a 2bedroom apt. in a 20 building private housing estate in Etiler(European side). It's got 2 balconies, central heating, 24 hour hot-water and a doorman. The housing estate has a big parking lot and private security. The phone and the internet is already hooked up.

The flat is furnished but the furniture belongs to my friend and he wants to sell it to the next tenant. That's if you want to buy it of course. İf not, you can move in without the furniture and buy your own.

The area is quite nice, secure, and central. 3 shopping malls within 15 minutes of walking(Akmerkez, Kanyon, Metrocity) and the 4th Levent metro. There is a bus stop right around the corner and Hillside City Club(huge sports complex) is a short walk away. 10 minute walk to Nispetiye ave. 20 minute walk to Bebek and is very close to the 2nd bridge exit(FSM). Tons of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The rent is 1400ytl and you won't have to pay any commissions or any other extra costs to a real estate agency. The price is a bit high for most TEFLers I know but it's affordable if you share it with someone. Plus, you can ask for a discount from the landlord. (it's worth a try Smile) It's a good bargain considering the location and I'm sure you'll agree if you know the area or have lived there before. Ask around if you know anybody who lives there or to your Turkish friends for a second opinion.

PM me if you're interested.
