Has any Canadian needed to get the Saudi medical report fillled out? Any info would be greatly appreciated (especially facilities in the Montreal area).

I can understand why they'd want Americans to be have an extensive physical before entering the kingdom, but Canadians? Everybody loves Canadians. Y'all are just so darn clean and cuddly.

The main hassle for Canadians at present appears to be the police clearance. We have one candidate who sent his fingerprints off to the RCMP and was told the average delay was 90 days. I would advise you to actually go in in person to the RCMP place to see if you can expedite things.

I'm currently in the middle of the medicals and fingerprint stuff.

Even though the fingerprint clearance is taking 3 months, my employer sent the KSA embassy a letter that they'd take responsibility for me until the fingerprint check came in. This satisfied the KSA embassy. The medicals I completed for the embassy were extensive and expensive.
I'm hoping my employer will cover all visa-related expenses. I hope the visa will come through next week after waiting for 2 months.

Who's your employer. We've got somebody in the same situation and I'd be pleased if I could persuade our management to do the same thing.
