My husband's set on going to Finland and I've managed to get a job offer from a language school there. HOwever, when I showed him sample costs his mouth dropped. Comparing Vietnam and Finland, I'd be making more in Vietnam and costs are at least 50% less.
Plus it's not freezing like Finland.
I won't konw for sure about VN until November, because they need someone know and I can't come no. Worse case senario, is instead of going as a Senior Teacher, I'd go as a regular teacher, and then get promoted when someone leaves.
If all goes well, we'll be there next year. |

Hanoi, or Danang, there's also a possibilty of another smaller city, I forgot the name though. Hanoi looks like the most probable. |

Hai Phong is near Hanoi and Vung Tau is a resort town about an hour by hydrofoil out of HCMC. I haven't been to Hai Phong, but Vung Tau has several schools operating there and is close enough to HCMC to get here when you need to. |
