I hope you checked into whether you can actually land on Krakatau, I was under the illusion it was off limits.

well, shortly after submitting my original post i ended up in a conversation with some members of the foundation that runs this school, turns out a large group of them go diving quite regularly in and around that area and yesterday showed me a bunch of pictures of them on krakatau...anyway, they took it upon themselves to organize everything for me ( boat trip and stuff) and as luck would have it i have been granted free passage on the small charter boat they always use while there....there being the anyer area, not cannes  |

I think Beefer was asking for specific information rather than personal illusions.
Yes you can land on the island. Price for the boat from Anyer is around 1.8juta. Alternatively, if you are working for EF, you could simply hire a snorkel and swim out; thus saving 2 weeks of your salary. |
