We all know we are supposed to avoid office politics like the plague, but it's hard to avoid completely. Yes, I discuss it with my partner, trying to make some sense of it. "Is it normal for a Thai teacher to say xxxxxx?"
There are people of all cultural backgrounds who can leave their work frustrations at the office as they walk out the door. I'm not one of them. |

I think this is one of the great skills to learn in life, the work/life balance. My weekends are precious to me, when I want to forget everything about work. I am also looking for new interests to divert my attention. Recently I've taken up drawing, something which is absorbing when you visit some of the beautiful sites Mexico has. Building my business is for me, a means to an end, to enjoy doing the things I want to do. To enjoy life. |
