hello,
im heading to Chang Mai to do some training and then scout around for some teaching work...
im keen to find an apartment to settle into soon after i arrive...
i read somewhere (probably in here somewhere) that the best and cheapest way to find an apartment is to simply hire a local thai to take you around on tuk tuk and seek out apartments/houses for rent...
is this still the way to go?
im keen on a smallish house apartment (1 or 2 bdr), kitchen, with AC if i can get it... im not after luxury, just livable and comfy...
what kinda prices can i expect? (monthly)
any feedback appreciated
