Hi
I have been looking through the forum and have found lots of advice on different aspects of living in Prague and the Czech republic but would appreciate some up-to-date information.
I am moving to Prague in October to live with my Czech partner...I know its late in the year to look for a job but which schools should I really avoid and which schools are definitely ok.
I have a TESOL trinity certificate, 5 years experience in Spain and England and experience of teaching Trinity and Cambridge exam prep. Also most of my experience has been in with kids and teenagers. So if anyone knows of the schools which aim at younger learners this would be helpful information.
Also where can I find a good school to learn Czech I have looked at the Charles University 6 week course but I would prefer a school which is more flexible, maybe 2 to 3 hours a day. Again any advice on this would be extremely helpful.
Thanks in advance.

I'd be very interested in replies along this line, I'm graduating with my BA this Spring then doing a 4 week CELTA course in the States before hoping to head to Prague. I have a year teaching ESL at elementary school level. Any up to date info on which schools are good to apply to and which ones to avoid would be a real boon. Thanks |
