Hey all,

I realize this is a rather off-topic subject, but I'd appreciate the help.

My boyfriend lives in the UK. I'm going to visit him soon. He reeeeeally wants me to bring along some American snack foods, including canned cheese. The kind that comes in an aerosol can. Ha ha. No joke. He's very excited about this for some reason.

My question is: can I put it in my checked baggage? Will it explode?

Thanks in advance. I promise this is NOT spam. I ask this in complete seriousness. Smile

I doubt it will explode, deodorants and stuff usually don't. Cheese in a can excites him? I can't imagine why.

You actually eat that stuff?

It's good stuff. It shouldn't explode and should be ok. Bring him extra and it'll make him even happier. Put in a ziplock bag just to be sure it don't explode.

Thanks, y'all. Yeah, he's pretty happy at the thought of all the snack foods I'm bringing. (Twinkies and Slim Jims and Little Debbies, oh my!) But I guess I'm just as excited at the prospect of having access to Ribena and digestive biscuits again once I'm there.

And yeah, I eat the stuff. I'm of trailer trash descent, it's in my genes to enjoy fine cuisine like that. Wink

The title of the topic got me...as a side note Tara, I am not sure how far you are from the Canadian border, but up north, they have digestive cookies & ribena in most grocery stores. Of course, your boyfriend is not there, but depending on where you live, it is closer than heading to the UK for your junk food fix...

I live in South Carolina. It would be a hell of a drive up to Canada. Wink But it's okay, I'll soon be in the UK again, able to indulge my junk-food cravings. Smile
